HELLO ONE AND ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it was about time I updated my journal... lol

Well it's Easter... YAY! And I've just come back from holiday with my family and my best friend Laura... Twas uber awesome. I wont go into all the details.... cos I'm kinda tired.. lol

And also I've gone though a big change since I last wrote a journal... I'm now 15!! YAY!
It was my birthday on the 25th of March and it was so awesome because I pratically had a week long birthday... I got presents: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Duh-my b'day), Monday and Tuesday! DD

But my best present by far was what my my got me....
FRONT ROW TICKETS TO LION KING!!!
It was so amazing... and I wrote something about it a couple of weeks ago which I shall paste here to add some lenght to this journal, and to tell you about it

Zomgeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! It was the most breathtaking experience of my WHOLE LIFE!!! Everything about it was so magical, and we were so close, being in the front row, that I felt like I was on stage.
From the moment Rafiki came out and sung straight at me and my mum, it felt incredible. Watching how these amazing puppets and costumes come to life was truly overwhelming, so much so I was crying with joy. It was stunning how the huge elephant and its baby walked up the isle to the stage, and how the rhino’s went right beside us. The chorus was so booming and magnificent it made me shake and my heart leap. Every song was astounding, especially the Circle of Life and He Lives In You. The casting was brilliant, and we were so close we could see which actor played which character, and Simba and Nala were so adorable. Timon and Pumba were done in such a clever way, it was weird how even though you could see the guy in the Pumba suit, and the guy moving the Timon puppet, you still thought it was the characters moving by themselves. Also, the scene that I remembered from when I was really little was just how I remembered it; where Timon fell into the river, and a teddy was used to show him dangling over the crocodiles, then he fell and came back as the normal person. Also Zazu was done so brilliantly. It was a guy in a blue suit with a puppet, and it was really funny during I Just Can’t Wait to be King when Simba took the Zazu puppet and the guy said ‘Where’s the puppet gone?!?!’ and when he said ‘This wasn’t in the movie!’ And also at the end he was looking straight at me, and when I smile back, he gave me a huge big ‘aww’ smile and made the puppet move down as the curtain went down. It was so cool! Scar was also so awesome, he was so evil but really cool at the same time, and he flirted with Nala which because I’m so weird thought was fantastic. Also the wildebeest scene was done so well, how they did the layers was amazing. They firstly had a birds eye view of them right at the back, and then the dancers gradually came on, closer and closer on this big stair thing, it was so cool. The lionesses were so cool as well, as when they cried huge tears came streaming down, it was so sweet. Even the grass was amazing, it was so clever how they were dancing, and how the characters could lay on them, as if they were grass. Timon even said ‘Thanks’ when he came off one! And zomg, the love scene! Oh! It was beautiful, they were three pairs of dancers one on the ground, and two in the air. They were so graceful and stunning. The one’s in the air where like stars, and one pair made a heart shape! It was gorgeous. The other scene which was just unbelievable was the scene where Simba talks to Mufasa in the sky. Firstly when Rafiki came on, she sung this really funny song in African and was so cheeky. Then, whilst she was singing the wall was moving with the dancers behind it, it was so dazzling it looked just like water! It was one of the most incredible scenes in the play. Also when they formed the Mufasa head so beautifully, with Rafiki still singing, and the background still moving like water, it took my breath away. The hyenas were also done so well. Ed was really funny, and the other two were so sinister and awesome. And during Be Prepared, all the hyenas came up the isle again, it was so cool. The fight scene at the end was also brilliant, it was so dramatic and triumphant, and the music made you sit on the edge of your seat. Finally at the end when they sung Circle of Life again, and all the animals came on, it just blew me away once more, and I was so overcome with joy that I couldn’t help but cry. It was truly one the most spectacular, breathtaking experiences of my life.


I've also been in a very weird mood... I've got a bit of stuff going on at the mo, but I'm not letting it get to me, hence the title. I'm taking 'Hakuna Matata' as a moto as I'm tired of worring about the future and even the past... What's the point of living if you can't enjoy it? I've also been wanting to do practise drawing in the Disney Style. This is partly because two of my close friends got married last week (which was so beautiful.. they are Danny and Sandy in the flesh I swear) and I said I would draw them a wedding picture. And Since the bride is so mad about Disney, and the groom used to like the Little Mermaid, I decided to draw them as Ariel and Eric as Sandy and Danny.. if that makes sense...
But anyway.. I trying to do that... plus a ton of other things like homework and getting my mind in order... XD

Well my eyes are starting to hurt, so I'm gonna go.
